Slutti Spaghetti was born out of a seriously reckless love of Italian food and drink. Italian food doesn’t need to be trendy – it just needs to be what it is, in its true raw form.

I am not a food blogger. I do not like interrupting meals to take photos. I prefer to dine and talk and end with a nice amaro…and coffee and maybe another dessert….
